Valentines for designers

InVision’s weekly email newsletter is known for out-of-the-box subject lines and punny CTAs. For Valentine’s Day, I wrote this subject line: Roses are #FF1919, violets are #1C86EE.

This issue had an above-average open rate and caused a 400% traffic spike to the InVision blog. The following year, InVision commissioned Rocky Roark to create a set of Valentine’s Day illustrations with my original line and a few others. I also wrote these for the set: Will you #bbb999? and U + Me = UX
